As a licensed Independent Real Estate Broker, Certified Real Estate Appraiser and General Office Manager for Jarrett Real Estate, Kim works behind the scenes to ensure proper documentation and financial accounting for all transactions. She provides general support by assisting with special projects as well as performing many tasks that are required to maintain a well-organized and effective office. Kim began her career in real estate as a Tax Assessor for Porter County government. In 1989 she served as Trustee for Washington Township, which included overseeing the Washington Township School system, budget preparation for the school and township, financial record keeping, and economic aid for poor relief within Washington Township.

She achieved her Indiana Real Estate Salesperson license in 1987, became a licensed Independent Broker in 1991 and accomplished her Certified Real Estate Appraiser license in 1993. In addition to managing the office, Kim also assists with the leasing and management of investment properties. As a wife, mother, and grandmother, Kim stays busy with multiple family activities as well as teaching Women's Bible Class. She and her husband, Larry, are active members of Liberty Bible Church.
